We talk about how to get listing appointments and what to say and do to get a contract signed, but there are a few others things that you can do to distinguish yourself from the competition. A Pre-Listing Packet can be a great visual, tangible tool to present to clients which they can keep and refer to after you leave. The packet should include what you discuss in your presentation and include the answer to common questions you are asked regarding what you will do to get homes sold.
I’ve put together a “skeleton” package which you can customize for your use…. Now get out there, set appointments, “wow” them with your presentation and Pre-Listing Packet and sign some contracts!!

Hi Neil:
I have sent the request in; however, I have not received the confirmation email. I tried to reenter the request; however, I get an Error Message. If there is another direction, please advise (and you are not going into Spam).
Thanks for being so proactive, it is a great asset – have a successful day.
