Don’t really have a printout of it. We do have a format in Excel or Google Calendar, but each agent’s is different.

We don’t really have it in Excel form. In truth, we don’t want to give it out, as we want the agent to create their OWN schedule, not take one we give them. We have them print out their calendar for 2 weeks and fill in whatever NON-work items they have, THEN put in their work activities. I will have one of our productivity coaches Bill Gross contact you and see if you would like him to show you the system in person.
