Time is running out… what do I mean?

Let’s review what we covered in the Jan 2014 business planning meeting

  • Simple easy plan – Step by step plan on How to make a million dollars per year selling houses.
  • How to take that money earned and develop a portfolio on homes that if you want you could retire with having 2 to 5 million in true net equity and 15k  to 25k per month in passive income
  • That was January….where are you now?

How am I doing?

If my goal was $215,000 for the year, I should be at $90,000 now and if my number of closed was 22 deals closed then I should be at 9 deals closed by now.

How am I doing?

On track? Up some? Down some?  Where are you?

Work today on figuring that out. Take a look at your real numbers.

Get with your coach. Check with priscilla. Remember, we have those numbers!

  • Are you up?
  • Are you flat?
  • Are you down?
  • Now are you okay where you are?The market is down 17.3% in CARETS. 15,000 less deals closed so far this year, I believe in large part because investors and cash buyers have pulled back.

We as a company are down 11 closed deals for the year right at  1.5%, which means we are outperforming the market, but I say so what?

We can do better….. We are way above average!

So watch this….

Don’t Ever Think of Giving Up

You can do better…….we have (8)…7 weeks until the Mike Ferry Superstar Retreat:

  • 168 hours in each week x (8) = 1,344 hours
  • (40)  35 work days
  • Preview 5 houses for 5 days = 25 per week x (8)…7 week (200)  175 properties
  • Go see 5 expireds per day 25 per week for (8)  7 weeks = (200)   175 properties expired and previews
  • (400)   350 properties and door knock 10 around each is (4,000)  3500 doors knocks in (8) 7 weeks
  • That would be (1,200)  1050 contacts
  • Go to 1 blitz per week ½ day that is for all past clients and center of influence and setting appointments
  • Go on 2 appointments per week (16) for the (8)  7  weeks get 1 listing per week = 8 listings

Whatever you believe with conviction becomes your reality, whether it is true or not!
All beliefs are learned.
We are not born with a set of beliefs.

Change your thinking and change your life.

Take Action because…

We are in the “meet the people” business

No appointment’s = No sales

… We have to be almost fanatical in calling our leads …

Faster and more often

  • Meaning that we must close three to five times on every call while working to get the appointment.
  • We should also call leads at least three times a day until we get a hold of them or until we decide to throw them away.

People don’t pay for average

People don’t go looking for a mediocre restaurant or an average movie.

Sellers don’t award the listing to an average agent.

Clients don’t give the contract to the agent doing an adequate job.

They give it to the agent who they think will do a great job.

Are you average or above average?

  • Discipline Now (Prospecting a full amount)  = Freedom later, money in the bank, – no debt., owning your own home
  • (8) 7  weeks show yourself show your family show the world what you are made of…..
