What impacted me the most is where it talks about not becoming attached to leads. When I first started my RE career at 18, I was doing well and getting plenty of leads. I would get really attached to the leads and not want to go look for more leads. I realized that many of those leads were nothing but a waste of time. Now that I’m a little older, 23, I can say that a salesperson has to keep moving. No lead is for sure, agents have to work harder and harder to keep generating good leads and eliminating the bad leads.

That’s great William as it’s always great to sales people evolve. Leads are just leads unless you are able to convert them.
