Neil Schwartz is the enthusiastic and energetic founder and president of Masters Realty Services Inc. Active in the real estate industry for over 30 years, Neil is nationally recognized as one of the country’s top trainers and real estate coaches.
Prior to starting his own company, Neil ran the largest Century 21 Company in North America, with twelve offices and more than six hundred agents. Through his visionary leadership Neil pioneered innovations and ventures which propelled the organization to the top of the Century 21 system.
For over 30 years, Neil has followed The Mike Ferry Company’s coaching and training programs (North America’s Leading Real Estate Coaching & Training Company). He attended over 25 Mike Ferry Superstar Retreats, 50 Action workshops, Productivity Schools and numerous specialized Real Estate Training seminars and courses. In addition, Neil has undergone extensive NLP training with Mathew Ferry of the Mike Ferry Organization.
By implementing the Mike Ferry Systems and utilizing his own seemingly limitless energy, Neil has developed a systematic approach to training, helping take his agents to new levels. Neil’s commitment has resulted in Master’s agents consistently ranking among the most productive agents in the country.
