Practice Self Mastery

There is a direct relationship between self-discipline and self esteem.

The more you practice self-mastery and self-control the more you like and value yourself.

The more you discipline yourself the greater is your sense of self-respect and personal pride.

The more you practice self discipline… the better your self image.
You see yourself and think about yourself in a more positive way.
You feel happier and more powerful as a person.

Napoleon Hill says that, “Self-discipline is the master key to riches”.

Your ability to discipline yourself,
to set clear goals for yourself,
and then to work toward them everyday will do more to guarantee your success than any other single factor.

Question:January 22nd we had a great goals setting meeting. Most of you were there and most of you set some great goals.

So let me ask you this….Did you do your goals and turn them into your coach?

Don’t raise your hands just answer on a clean sheet of paper.

How many times have you looked at your goals since that meeting?

Are you on track for those goals?
What needs to be done now that we are approaching the end of the 1st quarter to ensure we hit those goals?

Let’s do a “be honest”.
Most people think they have goals….. Right?

Truth is… what people really have are hopes and wishes.
I hope I can to do that.. I wish I could do this.

Goals that are not written down and only mentally developed into plans and reviewed frequently only in your mind are like bullets without powder in the cartridge.

People like that almost never get the prize because they are always shooting blanks…

Take control of your life.

You are either an example to others, or a warning.

Aristotle wrote, “Human beings are teleological organisms”, which simply means that we are purpose driven.

I can prove it….
When you start a day with a list of things to do… hit these many doors… go see these many expireds.… go see these many previews… talk to these clients.
At the end of the day when you have done all the activities on your list even though you did not sell or list a house…. how do you feel about yourself?

We feel like we had a great day because we are working toward a purpose.
See… we are purpose driven.

Now write down what you need to do and go do it. You will feel fabulous about yourself!

There are no limits on your potential.
What others have done you can do as well.
Everyone you know who is at the top now was once at the bottom.

Think about this… the best proof that something can be done is that someone has already done it before you.

I cannot think of any superstar that did not start at the bottom
Can you name one????

What does this mean to you?
If they can do it… you can do it!

Get away from the naysayers!

You are where you are because it is ok with you.
Do any of you believe that I am wrong?

It’s time to make it happen.

Many people say that they would like to be happy,
healthy, thin or rich,
but wishing and hoping it is not enough.

You have to make it happen and that starts today!
Remember….Today matters!

How many days will you work
How many of those days will you do a 5510
How many previews is that
How many exp at the door is that
How many doors is that
How many contacts is that

How many listings will you take
How many sales
How many listings sold
We all agree if you do those activities you will probably go on 2 appt per week and if we go on 2 appt per week we will take listings and make sales

Time is running out….. Christmas is coming!
