Typical car Salesman Mentality. When I wanted to buy a house the Realtor did not have to come looking for me I went looking for him. When I wanted to sell my house the Realtor didn't to come looking for me I went looking for him. I don't like to be bothered at my home or by phone by solicitors, realtors or religious fanatics. When I'm ready I will look for the person I need to accomplish the task at hand.

Another outstanding presentation! Speaking the honest truth that sometimes is hard to understand when you're not producing the results you want in your life. We all need that push in the rear sometimes to get back in the game!
Thanks Neil!

Thank you! What market area do you work in?

Thanks Jeff… The only trick in this business is that you keep getting yourself out there and look for business.

Hi Pete,
You're right… for some people like yourself, it may work that way. However, for most people, it's an Realtor reaching out to that helps them make a decision. It's not a “Car Salesman” mentality, it's just about getting out there and talking to people. We are in the “meeting people” business.

All so true. I attened Mike Ferry conventions a few times. Seeing, listening and talking with brokers-realtors making $200,000-$500,000 annually from their real estate sales showed me if they are doing that, I could too. Of course we have different things come up in life becasue life happens, however, focus and visualizing, and work in progress can make that happen. If others are doing that, I can too. I can do it! You can too! Sincerely, Saundra Allman
