Action – well that is something to “think” about. Okay – just kidding. =0)

Exactly… that action is what will create that reaction we're looking for

A successful seasoned sales vet once told me, “there is magic in action” so true.

Great video. It’s scary how so many things can act as an excuse for not taking action. I was talking to someone recently, and they were saying “you’ll only get a 1% closure rate by calling expireds”. Hearing that number made me mirror their attitude and think ‘it’s not worth it’. But when you break it down, it looks so much better. 5 calls per day –> 100 calls per month. Even with a 1% closure rate, that’s 1 listing a month. For me, right now, 1 listing a month would be incredible…AND it’s attainable.

By breaking it down this way, it is a doable goal. So now all I have to do is take action on it (and I’m going to aim for a 2% close).

Like I said, great video. I’m very happy I found your website.
