Great vide Neil! I heard Roy Jones Jr.(boxing champion and the best boxer of his time) that very few people put it together, that is talent and skills. Some people who are talented don’t work hard on their skills, and some people who are not that talented work very hard to succeed.

Great Video on an easy to master subject. I was at my son’s little league game last night and they were down 8 – 0 by the second inning. They were dejected as were the fans.
One Mom, said, come on now, our boys are still out there playing, lets cheer louder than ever before. And we did! The boys started cheering each other as well.
They should have lost. They were smaller, younger and without as much experience, but they came back to win 10 – 12. It was their attitude that changed, not their talent. They started making the right plays, steeling every base possible.
Thanks for the great reminder that I need to do this in real estate as well. I’m off to kick some real estate booty.

Great video. You really have “kicked me in the butt” on a lot of what you have said!! I have been in Real Estate since the early 80’s at Century 21 Emery!! You may remember that Neil!
There have been a lot of changes in this business and I’m having trouble getting the mindset for all of this new stuff!! But you’ve let me know that mindset is the key!!!
