What would I do with the money I would earn from doing the activities for the next 47 work days?

You cannot say pay-off some bills. Use it for something you cannot afford today. New long overdue vacation for you and the family. Buy a new cool watch. New super outrageous outfit. Super new shoes, or rings.

———————————————————————————————

We all want more in our lives…. right? We all have desire, right? So if we all want something then what is missing? Why don’t we have it?

Drive

Where does drive come from or why don’t we have it? Lack of drive comes from fear of looking bad:
Bad experience;
Bad coach;
You did something, put yourself out. Failed and you looked stupid;
You door knocked and someone answered the door and they asked you a question you did not know the answer to so you froze or gave them a lame answer;
or you were calling expireds and they were mean to you and hung up;
or you were on a listing presentation and they had some objections for you that you did not or could not handle so you feel dumb and not good about yourself.

Your desire to prospect again or go on a presentation again starts to diminish. Every set back, every rejection, can tend to make you pull back on the accelerator until you are virtually not moving.You start to lose your drive. So if all that is true then…

If you build up your confidence:
Learn to shoot the basketball learn to dribble, learn to throw out a player stealing second base, learn to bat the ball, learn to be a goalie in soccer, you feel better about yourself. In our business, the equivalent is learning what to say and how to say it.

And when you feel better about yourself. What happens to your confidence? Goes up, right? Then as your confidence go up you do more and as you do more you feel better about yourself.
Right?

So by taking baby steps every day you can build or rebuild your drive. Learning is Cumulative.
Big changes or achievements can actually be made through small actions one-step at a time.Small steps daily not giant steps occasionally will get you to your goals. So for the next 47 work days starting today do these activities:

Previews: 5 houses a day 5 days a week, see 235 homes;
Prospect: 3 hours of prospecting 5 days a week, 147 hrs; 47 x 24 per day contacts =1,182;
Expireds: 47 x 5 expireds at door 235;
Door knock around each Preview and Expired: 47x 5 previews 235; also 5 expireds a day 235 x 2 = 470 x 10 doors around each = 4,700 doors x 30% at home =1,410 contacts.

The actions you take today will speak volumes as to the success you will have between now and the end of the year. Your choice: Pain now, abundance later. Goof off now, not much later. Your choice! Now go out and make it happen.
