Why It Pays to Be Consistent

Consistency

Consistently ,doing what you’re supposed to do, when you’re supposed to do it  leads to great results. Inconsistency is when you don’t do what you are supposed to do when you are supposed to do it, which leads to poor results. Are  you consistent or inconsistent, is it working for you?

Excellent and self-evident. Why is it so hard to understand this? I know I need to do it and will do it!

It’s hard because motivation tends to come in ‘bursts’. Remember, it takes baby steps consistently, not giant leaps occasionally.
