    Hi Neil! How would you recommend using 5-5-10 or 5-5-5-7 in Estonia, where there are no MLS and therefore no expireds (agents don’t even know what this word means), most people live in apatments inside 5 or 9 story buildings (but there are houses as well) and the population of Tallinn where I work is 400 000 people? Thank you!

    Jaroslav, I would not pretend what to recommend in a foreign country like Estonia, the markets could be very different. I do appreciate your question, but in all honesty it could be very different. The only thing I am sure of is if you work hard, consistently, every work day, you will achieve your goals.
