Have you ever experienced a time when you were trying to move to a new level or reach an exciting goal only to find that those closest to you seemed to be pulling you back down? It is one of the most common things experienced by those who desire to live a better more fulfilling life. If an average or complacent person sees that you are trying to make a better life for you and your family they will do everything they can think of to discourage you from attaining that goal. However, if a successful, energetic, big thinker sees you trying to attain a higher level, they will more than likely encourage you and find a way to help you achieve that goal. It’s simple, if someone isn’t helping you up, then they are pulling you down, THERE ARE NO NEUTRAL PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE!!!! Stay away from average and mediocre thinkers and “ACTIVELY” search for people who will encourage and support you on your way to the top.

Remember, there are only two things that will determine how you will live your life 5 years from now:
•The books you read; and
•The people who you spend time with.

Determine today to not allow others to pull you down as you reach for your goals!
Self-Talk – 95% of success or failure starts in your head:
Too much freedom now = long term pain and suffering, debt, no savings, no schedule, rent not buy, not prospecting.
Discipline Now = Freedom later, money put away, no debt.

Prospecting –
If you do what others won’t do for 10 years, you can do what others can’t do for the rest of your life.
…..and…..
If you will do what other agents will not do for the next 35 days and run through the finish line you can have an additional deal or 2 more before year end and a that will result in a great 1st quarter!

I am the most important asset I have, not my money, not my family. It starts and ends with me. You are what people are buying.

You have to be willing to tell yourself the truth. I have to be able to make a connection between the activities I’m involved with and the results I’m getting.

Time is running out. Don’t blow it! Learn to focus your energies.

•Past client and center of influence. they want and need to hear from you
•New expired and old expires. There are 1,000’s of them. Go talk to them. Use the hot market script

2. Follow up more intensely
No appointment, no money. Period.
To achieve more than the average person, you must work longer and harder than the average person. The first 40 hours you make a living, the next hours will determine how rich you will become.

If you always do more that you are paid for, you will always be paid more that you are getting now.

You will never change your life until you change the things you do daily.
What I do daily will bring me success beyond my wildest dream if I do what I am supposed to do for the next 35 work days.
