The problem most agents face is their tendency to slow down from now until Christmas. Then because of their lack in momentum, the following year is also affected. At our recent sales meeting, I spoke about how we need supercharge our way through the 2011 finish line… Take a look:

Good morning Neil,
I listen to your videos every week but this week’s video “8 Ways to Break Through the 2010 Finish Line” really hit home. I took 2 pages of notes and will be reading those notes twice a day for the rest of the week. One question… during point 7 you talked about a business plan and were waving around a single sheet of paper. Can I get a copy of your business plan template? Thanks again for everything!

Hi Neil great message. When you say you are where you are, its because it’s okay with you, I totally agree! The one thing is that it all comes from the subconscious mind, it’s not until a person awakens to his or her potential that people will make changes. I speak from personal experience. I went from rags to riches and than back to rags, and it’s been at this down time where I realize I made up beliefs and where my wiring as a child comes from that no longer serves me. I’ve had to hit rock bottom in my drinking and finances to have this new consciousness. At first, I had regrets of where I was, but today it’s been the best thing that has happened in my life. I have an understanding of myself and how I was parented and I can pin point how i was conditioned to be complacent. What I didn ‘t realize is that I allowed myself to be conditioned that way, because I was always at choice. I can go to all the seminars, but it’s not until I do deep subconscious work that I can truly make changes. In the last month and a half, I realize this, I been sober 3 years and 7 months, but yet I realized that there was still something missing. By accident, there are no accidents, I went to an Alanon meeting and discovered that there was more help, I than picked up a book, Adult Chidlren of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families. This book has allowed me to go to the roots of the mind and take them out. I think that your message is great, I can totally relate about the biggest battte being your mind! Thanks for a great video! Keep them coming!

Wow Art, that’s amazing. Congratulations! What you wrote reminds me a great quote, “Success consists of getting up just one more time than you fall.” You’re definitely a great example of that being true. Good work, looking forward to more of your comments in the future.

The one thing I realize, Is that from big breakdowns come big breakthroughs! As long as I keep playing the game of life, at the end the score will be in my favor!

Yes, very true. I believe it’s Matthew Ferry who keeps reminding us of that.

Great stuff, really great stuff. What is the plan, Neil? What are the activities you are requiring your agents to do? Any sense of a daily plan? I am finding phone numbers harder and harder to come by. How many doors per day? Thanks, Sir

Dear Neil
I have a question regarding cold calling.
Is the formula different when you cold call for commercial properties, like B to B (business to business)
Such as large income properties.
I get your emails once a week and make sure I watch the videos every time.
Thank you
A.

Hi Neil, I watched this video again today. The battle is in the mind! Everything comes down to how I think! Yesterday and today, I won the battle, I went prospecting in North Long Beach. You are right when you say that the battle is in the mind, I get a lot of no’s, but I accept it as being part of the game! What I realize to move forward in today’s market is to first be at peace with the past. Second, I got to condition the new thinking and action by doing it daily, positive actions create positive thoughts, positive thoughts create positive actions, it’s a vicious positive cycle. Also, yesterday and today, I started my day by boxing for 15 minutes, hitting a heavy bag and speed bag. After the workout, I feel like a Champion ready to take on the world!
Thanks for this great video! I am hungry! I will take these golden nuggets! I appreciate you! Keep it going! I am fired up!!! I am going to condition this way of thinking and being! I get to trigger my greatness that is within, by doing the above daily!!!

Good work!! That sounds great! Reading your comment got me fired up! The most important thing for you to realize is the level of consistency you must adapt. Doing it for 1 day or 1 week just won’t give you the results you’re looking for. It’s great that your hungry, now just amplify it or even anchor it to a state of mind you can trigger as you wish.

Hi Neil, I started this week by watching your video on Monday, along with the other work I been doing, it set me up to have a great week, this week was my best week of the year, 2 sales, 1 approved short sale, got an offer on one of my listings, but forget all that! The most important thing is that I won the battle of the mind. That’s the real win and the most gratifying win! Now, you said that the key is about being consistent! I think that as long as I choose to win the battle of the mind, I choose to and will be consistent! Thanks Neil, for the support! In this time where a lot of people are down spirited(including myself in the past), leaders like you make a difference, keep up the excellent work!!! You are an inspiration!
