Two days after i got my lic. I figured out that listing were where its at. On the third day figured out why agents avoid being a listing agent. In my office they flat out wouldnt let a new guy go after listings. I didnt work at real estate at that time. Now i have found a broker who will let me go after what i want. Thanks for the encouragement.
