Don’t really have a printout of it. We do have a format in Excel or Google Calendar, but each agent’s is different.

We don’t really have it in Excel form. In truth, we don’t want to give it out, as we want the agent to create their OWN schedule, not take one we give them. We have them print out their calendar for 2 weeks and fill in whatever NON-work items they have, THEN put in their work activities. I will have one of our productivity coaches Bill Gross contact you and see if you would like him to show you the system in person.

We had it made up years ago as a specialty item either at Staples or Office Max. Just ask them to create the printed word magnets and buy a magnetic board to place them on. If you want to create lines, they sell the black strips of tape that can be used to create your own lines. Hope that helps.
