Cory, it’s not just the activities that you’re doing on a consistent basis, it’s your mindset and intent. What’s going to help get you where you are today to where you want to be is a recalibration on your intent. When you’re genuinely focused on helping people get what they want, you’ll find yourself getting what you want.

Hi Neil, great coaching! Time is money, selling homes is a very well paid profession. We make hundreds of dollars per hour, yet, as an industry(including myself), we don’t take advantage of the opportunity to the fullest. The biggest irony in the Real Estate Industry is that we all have a license to make money, we want to make money, yet we don’t perform to 100% of our full ability.
Money Floyd Mayweather(boxing champion), has a business slogan, “If it don’t make dollars, it don’t make sense.” One of my biggest obstacles is socializing with co-workers, I’ve always worked with great people, and I socialize. I’ve pissed away a lot of money! But, not anymore, making changes to the real estate game. One of the biggest changes is to have a personal coach. You confirmed what I was thinking, the biggest benefit of working with a coach is accountability. I’m on day 2 of working daily with a coach. I called him yesterday and today, I told him the game plan for the day. Yesterday, I called him with the game plan for the day, and in the evening I called him with the completion of the game plan. When it got to 6, I still wasn’t done, instead of calling it a day, I didn’t finish till 9pm. I put in an extra 3 hours of work, that otherwise I wouldn’t of done so. Thank you for the clarity i get by anwering my questions and making yourself available.

By the way, I forgot to mention. One of my goals is to use social media, internet and email to get more exposure. This week, I came up with this great idea. I’ve know that 21 online is a system that I can use to send emails to whoemever I choose to. But, this week I realized I can customize the emails. My goal is to go around specific areas by going door to door and asking for their emails, than sending them the monthly comparables of the area! It’s a great way to use the 21online system. Homeowners always like to know what the homes are selling for in the area, it’s a great way to stay in front of the consumer. I will forward you an email, to show you what I mean. Thanks again!

Neil, you always hit the nail on the head, on all of these. The truth is we all know what we are supposed to do, or stated differently what it takes to achieve all of the elusive goals that we all have. Its about doing it and doing it consistently.
I for one keep saying, ” Gee, I need to lose weght…” but I only workout twice every other month.(am I the only one here????) “I need to make more money” but I don’t prospect as I should. The plan is there, we don’t even need to think about it, but rather just do it, and do it, and do it. In the past, I for one have had no one else to blame for not reaching my goals but myself.
Your training and videos, keep me focused and accountable to myself!!! Improving not only my production but at the risk of sounding corny, my quality of life!!!. Thanks again my friend!!!!
