Repetition is the mother of skill.
Visualize what you want, allow the visions to have clarity. It will happen for you.
I must spend 75% of my day trying to secure a new listing and 25% of my time getting them sold.
It takes baby steps constantly, not giant steps occasionally.
Out discipline your competition.
How much of my time is production time vs. busy time.
It takes time. There are no short cuts.
Anyone can do it; you’re not too young or old.
Practice is one of the main ingredients.
When you find the motivation and use it, the transaction is easy.
It’s all about asking questions.
Your ego can really screw things up.
I am not what I want to be.

But thank god I am not what I used to be.
