SELF ESTEEM: The opinion of how YOU see yourself.
Questions to ask yourselves:
- How important is the opinion of others toward how they view you?
- What is the attitude of your self-esteem towards the job you do?
- What is your opinion of yourself towards your achievements in… business, your life, as a Parent, as a husband?
IT DOESN’T MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN LIFE…IT’S HOW YOU PERCEIVE YOURSELF!
Low Self-Esteem is killing you!
If you project a positive self-image…people will want to be around you! Buyers and sellers!
You’re happy… you’re confident… you like yourself and… so do others.
HOW TO BUILD A GOOD/STRONG SELF IMAGE:
- Daily affirmations. Do you do this? “I am not that good. I will never get that listing. They will never buy from me. I am not tall. I am not pretty. I’m not good with numbers. I can’t remember my scripts. I can’t I can’t I can’t.
If you do any of that…try this.
- Focus on building skills
- Take action
- Have exciting goals
- Desire (Ask yourself why you get up every morning to come to work)
- Be honest with yourself (Don’t lie to yourself)
- Focus on daily activities
You have to be relentless and unstoppable for the next 20 work days
You have to be easy to start and hard to stop
In life, there are always rules we have to follow if we expect to succeed at a high level.
There are 7 Rules in Real Estate Sales …
- Find people to buy and sell Real Estate … you can’t have too many qualified prospects.
- Follow up with them daily … the more often the better.
- Qualify them carefully … you can’t know too much about them.
- Go on presentations daily … the more often the better.
- Close them … they will sign if you make a great presentation.
- Negotiate with them … this is where we get paid.
- Start over again everyday … this is how we build a long-term business.
Here’s a question to ask yourself before you leave the meeting today
In the next 20 work days
- How many days will you work?
- How many people will you talk to?
- How many will be past clients?
- How many new contacts will you make?
- How much time will you spend with intense lead follow up?
- How many open houses will you hold open?
- How many appointments will you go on?
- How many listings will you take?
- How many sales will you make?
