Love the videos, but what exactly is the 5-5-10 plan?

5-5-10 is selecting a small area, and then going to 5 expired/cancelled listings and 5 active listings in that same area and hitting 10 doors around each of those properties.

For the 5-5-10, I assume you mean 5 contacts with expireds and not merely knocking on 5 expireds and only talking with 2 or 3. For the 10 doors around each expired and each previewed listing, do you mean keep knocking until I make 10 contacts, or simply knock the 10 closest neighbors and let the contacts be what they will be?
