March Update
69 – (That’s 28% of our agents) made more money so far this year over last year during the same time. Some only 5,000 more, some as much as 150,000 more.
Why? Three Words……Focus, Consistency and Commitment
Write this down:
There are…..63 days worked so far this year.
- 189 contacts times 63 work days x 3 hours of prospecting per day
- 1890 contacts
- 315 properties previewed
- 315 expireds seen at door
- 13 days were open for open houses
- 13 blitz days
- 32 hours for role play ½ and hour per work day
Review what each of those numbers represented to you in cash.
Don’t be mad at the —-” You didn’t do it”. Don’t waste time on that right now.
Write down:
- What if?
- I had done all those activities?
- How many good leads would I probably have right now?
- How many more deals would I probably have right now?
- How much money would I have closed and have pending as of now?
Question…. are these activities just the basics or are they extraordinary? Are they beyond anybody’s ability to accomplish?
Your success starts with what you do today

What will it be? What changes will you make today?

1 Hard work helps us realize our potential. As our work begins to pay off, it stimulates us to increase our effort. It helps us to see our potential and success brings confidence. Confidence brings more success.
