Great message! Why not me? In the past I would of said because it was me. No matter how hard I would try, change was real slow. Today, I embrace change and realize that it it takes time. In the past I had a habits that took a long time to break. What I realize is that it’s okay if it takes time. I and human beings develop habitual thinking which in turn develops habits, and we develop patterns of behaving. Our patterns of thinking and behaving are like patterns on a music cd, or factory settings on a computer, it’s ingraine! Breaking them is a choice and it’s tough but it can be done if you want it bad enough!
You mention that succesful agents never quit they adopt and overcome. That is what it’s all about in this market and any market! Think, adopt, and overcome! I was reading an article on Blockbuster’s business downfall. Blockbuster didn’t adopt and overcome and today it’s not as successful as it used to be. Because of continual technological advances in business(from the beginning of time) business has always been and always will be about adopting and overcoming! Thanks Neil for your messages!

Yes blockbuster was unable to keep up with companies like Netflix and RedBox because they didn’t want to adapt/ took too long. It was one of the those too little to late situations. Change is constant and if you’re not right there with it, you’ll be left in the dust. Great to see that you’re consciously aware of what you need to do.

My version of the MF script that made me a millionaire;
Hi, your neighbor wanted me to invite you to their home this weekend for their open house. They’re moving soon and we thought perhaps you might want to help pick your next neighbor!
It’s from 11 to 5 on Saturday. I’m Chris Sorensen and I have the honor to be their Realtor.
Oh by the way…, have you thought about taking advantage of this market in the near future?
If not, have you thought about where you would like to move when you retire? Do you think you would stay in state or move out? I’m always curious!
When do you think that might happen?
Or, if they elude to challenges;
I’m sorry to hear that. Please know that you are not alone. It’s funny that you mention that you’re having challenges. I belong to a non-profit that is supported by local government agencies in order to offer assistance in getting your modification through. They stress not to go this alone. They have helped thousands and it’s free, backed by local government. Here is a flyer on an upcoming class and use the code I’ve provided to watch a few videos from the Founder. He’s an awesome consumer advocate and has really made a difference in many lives through radio, TV and live classes in and around the area.
Neil I couldn’t agree with you more on everything you said in the video. Everything counts and everything matters. If you’re out there knocking on doors be prepared for every type of client you may come in contact with and know, beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are helping them achieve their goals. If you don’t someone else inferior to you, will.
You’re not just finishing strong for a great January, although that will happen, you are literally guiding people at a time in their lives when they need your professional expertise the most. Don’t let them down, don’t let yourself down.
Decide what you want, decide what you will give up for it, set your priorities and go to work.

Thank you for that very insightful post Chris, I’m sure that can tremendously help a lot of people out.
We all have the choice to go after what we want or spend a life time wishing we can have it.

Great Message! Why Not Me? You’re vids are a great motivator
As a new Realtor I sometimes find myself listening to the “gloom & doom” reports on the news
and doubting myself and abilities thanks for not letting me go down that road
“From Chaos Comes Opportunity”
Thanks!

It’s normal so my advice to you as a new Realtor Ken… STOP. Read only positive material, preview property, learn about your market, and hit the pavement door knocking/phone calls.

Will do Neil…
I’m thinking of subscribing to Realtytrac to be a little more proactive in my market.
What are your thoughts?

hey Neil
Great message… Funny how the Attorney General waited for major Banks Like Bank of America to repay their Tarp money before starting the investigation. Less interesting is that once the Financial institution repays any FEderal Funding …They are no longer obligated to the HAMP and HASP guidelines.. Basically, they are free to foreclosure without restriction!
How to find equity sellers… Great question .. How about equity sellers, and no work to earn average of 4-5k ?
ok sounds great … How Sean
Over the last ten months my group and I have sold and closed over 60 transactions… of those only 10 % were shorts…more interesting 15% were reffered to us from great agents like your amazing team!
Neil, as you are aware, we are personal friends with many of your great agent Like Frank D….We’ d be honored with the chance to help your agents with their Holiday shopping.. Assuming 3-5 k is enough money in CA ..!
if your agents or you know anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Northern NJ ( Nj side of the Hudson River… http://Www.facebook.com/midtownrealtor. ) we’d be honored to help. Obviously, if your customer or agents have a question about our incrediable market call me immediately .. Personal cell is 201-988-1393 ..
Keep up the great videos..your agents are very blessed to have such a incredible Coach, mentor, broker and friend!
Thanks
