Thank you for your very informative web site. I have a question regarding your 5/5/5/7 program I am not sure what it consists of? In the past you indicated it is 5 expired, 5 previews, 5 closed sales and 7 house around, 5 days per week, this will total up to 110 but in your above presentation you said 105 which made me think maybe you meant 5 expired, 5 previews, 5 closed sales 7 days a week which does add up to 105. Which way is your recommendation? Thank you for clarifying it.

I guess I got sloppy with the math, sorry for any confusion. 5 active, 5 expired/cancelled, and 5 closed sales is 15 properties, plus 7 around each of 15 is an additional 105 properties, for a total of 120 properties. We do NOT recommend 7 days a week, but 5.5 days a week, meaning 5 days plus either half a weekend day every week (half Saturday or Sunday, for example) OR a full weekend day every other week, but no more than that. If you prospect hard 5.5 days a week, you not only have earned 1.5 days off but will be a HUGE success.
Hope that helps answer your question.
