Stretching Always Requires Change

Question:  did you go see 25 to 50 expireds at the door last week? Why not?
Get this week right…..nothing else matters.

Thought 1: the Plan
Goal to go see 25/50 exp at the  door… Min 5 per work day, knock 10 around each, could take 15 to 30 hours this week, anything under 15 hours is average.

This week

  • Monday  10:30…12:30……then 3-5 pm; 4 hrs expireds
  • Tuesday 8:30 am phone blitz 2 pm call past clients and follow-up and COI,then 3-5 expireds; 3 hrs expireds
  • Wed 9-12 exp at the door….2-5 expireds at the door; 6 hrs expireds
  • Thur 9-12 expireds doors or Irvine phone blitz for those that did not do Tuesday …2-5 expireds at the doors; 3 hours expireds
  • Friday 9-12 expireds doors 2-5 expireds doors; 6 hours expireds

Mon 4/Tue 3/Wed 6/Thu 3/Fri 6=22 hrs
Thought 2 – Be patient with yourself
Thought 3 – Be patient with the plan
Thought 4 – Understand results don’t materialize instantly
Thought 5 – Don’t be overly critical of yourself or me
Thought 6 – Have courage to stick with the plan
Thought 7 – The desire to achieve your goal has to outweigh the mental pain caused by the changes you go through.
Thought 8 – Habits good or bad are hard to change. Imagine how good you will feel this week accomplishing this plan.
Thought 9 – Like it or not you have to slow down to speed up.
Thought 10 – The numbers really become the plan.

Given a choice, would you rather save time or money? Most people focus on the money.
Next to health, time is the most valuable asset you have in your life. You and only you will determine how that time will be spent. Be careful that you do not let other people spend it for you.

Right now, your greatest possession is the 168 hours you have in front of you. How you spend the time will have a great impact on whether you make more sales and list more property before the end of the year.

Will you allow pointless e-mails, unimportant tasks, interruptions to your prospecting or interruptions to your learning the scripts and dialogs or perhaps your negative mindset regarding previewing properties and talking to expireds consume your day?
Or… will you finally take complete responsibility for how you spend your time and therefore control  your destiny? Will you get up early and work out to help you have energy for the day? Will you have the discipline to role play and at what level?

Will you start prospecting on time?
Will you call the people you are supposed to call and follow up with intensity looking to set an appointment?
Will you MAKE THIS WEEK YOUR BEST WEEK EVER!
