Avoid negative, people, things and habits.
No newspapers!
Don’t hang around people who don’t mean to be negative but are.
You know who they are… stay away from them.
Believe in yourself.
If you don’t who will?
Work on positive self talk every hour of everyday.
Consistency in everything you do… the amount of prospecting…the time you prospect…when you role play.
Exercise time.
Time with family.
Putting money away…and the time you set away for yourself.
Don’t give up and Don’t give in.
Don’t take the easy way.
If you do the activities you are suppose to do and you do them daily you will succeed.
Enthusiasm…people are buying you and your bright outlook…have one!
How long would you want to be around me if I was not enthusiastic?
How long do you want to hang around people who are not enthusiastic?
Focus Focus Focus… look at your goals daily… if they don’t excite you, get other goals.
Focus on your plan.
What activities do I need to work on today to get better?
Focus on your schedule… work the schedule no excuses!
Give more than you planned to give..time… energy… money.
Hang on to your dreams.
Why did you come into this business?
In most cases it was to make a better life for you and your family right?
Stay with the dream
Ignore those who try to discourage you… people are not as completely on your side as your may think. They say they have your best interests in mind yet the truth is if you hang in there and do what you are suppose to do and succeed…then that can make them look bad. You go right ahead and prove them wrong. But you can’t do that without massive effort on your part.
Just do it………and do it and do it and do it and do it…
Keep doing it, keep trying, no matter how hard it seems.
Winston Churchill in the darkest days of World War II said, “Never, never, never give up!”
Love yourself first and foremost.
Make it happen. Don’t wait for things to come to you.
Go out and make them happen.
Be a deal maker… what do I mean?
If you’re working FSBO’s, stop pushing so hard to get the listing and work harder to find a buyer and double end the deal. Now you have 2 deals not just one.
Never take no for an answer when yes is possible with a qualified client. To do this you will have to know your scripts and dialogues. Finally learn them now….
Open your eyes and look for opportunities. People still have to buy and people still have to sell… You have to go find them. Just know they are out there.
Prospect everyday.
Quitters never win and winners never quit.
Read read read…pour good stuff into your head everyday even on days you are not working.
Stop procrastinating…do it now… there is no tomorrow. It must be done now.
Take control of your destiny… Has there ever been a time in your life when you have looked back and said,
- I could have done a little better
- I could have pushed myself a little more
- I could have been a little more coachable
- I should have listened to mom or dad or my coach and if I did, things would have been better today
Well this time is like those times…
Don’t look back years from now and say, I wish I would have:
- Worked harder
- Been more focused
- Did more of what Neil and my coaches asked me to do
You are in control of your destiny…..get into action now!
Understand you and only you can make this happen. Look around… people are doing deals. If them, then why not you?
Visualize it…If you can see it you can do it. Work on that everyday.
Want it more than anything. Have you ever wanted something so badly that you could not stop thinking about it?
- A bike when you were a kid?
- A Real Estate license as an adult?
- A boyfriend ….wife ….girlfriend ….a trip ….a ring …a watch… something?
Well get that feeling back… it will help drive you toward success. Propel you…!
“Xccelerate” your efforts. You worked hard last week but you know its not good enough. Work harder… put in a few more hours… preview more….. prospect more…practice more. Just “xccelerate” everything you are doing.
You are unique…nothing can replace you.
Zero in on your target and go for it!!!!!
