Hi Neil
When you say go to “previews” (visits to homes), do you mean call up the listing agent and get an appointment to see it yourself? No clients?
Here in Montreal we have caravans (open houses for realtors only) held only on Tuesdays mainly mornings. Not all areas, but they are done.
Please advise , as it is not common here unless it is a caravan or an open house.

Yes caravans do work also. The point is for you to know your inventory and market place. We find that the top agents know their market area like the back of their hand. So visit homes (without clients) and if possible, door knock 10 of the homes around the house your preview.
Does that make sense?
