Great attitudes precede great opportunities. Who you are determines what you see. To do a common thing uncommonly well brings success.
Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes but they don’t quit.
>Steps to a great 2nd half of 2015. Lets create an activity plan. Maintain a positive attitude. Keep in check with your daily affirmations, Prayer etc. Read a new book. Preview Properties! Knowledge=confidence. See 5 houses a day 5 days a week…try it.
Prospect, but not just for contacts. Listen for opportunity. Listen for the pause. So when do you plan on moving? If they pause some, you say “wow sounds like you have been thinking about moving.”
Stay on Script. Finally pick one script and learn it. Work on it every day for 2 weeks and by Christmas time you will know 13 scripts very very well.
Have Market Knowledge. Read articles about real estate weekly. Study your profession.
How many deals have you lost in the last 6 months from under following up? How many from over following up?
Get Better at pre-qualifying people, emotionally and financially. Learn to ask questions, listen and pay attention.
Be Consistent. Build up your Sphere of Influence. Role Play daily. Work Full Time. Move with the Market.

My experience is that some people don’t work hard because in some hidden part of their mind, they imagine they will succeed without ever making much of an effort. Most people believe that they’ll wake up someday and find themselves rich.
Thomas Edison says those people have it half right. Because eventually those people do wake up…And have nothing. At some level… are you one of those people who deep down don’t think they have to work hard?
If only I had done what I was suppose to do when I was supposed to do it.
Question..I suggested you work and focus like never before, this year, last month, last week.
Right now we have the perfect storm. End of the month for expireds. End of the ½ year for expireds. Friday was a holiday that was not the real holiday so some people were home and available.
Right now we have leads and opportunity like we have never seen so far this year. Some of you took my advice and did really well. And some of you????????
