What Are You Telling Yourself?

The only reason you can’t have what you want is the story you are telling yourself as to why you can’t have it.

Every week I talk about our system for success …

Would you agree that if you…

Made 40 contacts a day for 210 work days

And practiced the scripts on what to say and how to say it 30 min to 1 hour a day for 210 work days

And previewed 5 houses a day for 210 work days

And followed up regularly and intensely on your leads

And regularly and intensely followed up on your COI and past clients

…you could earn between $150,000 and $300,000 per year? Do you agree with me that working that system would work well for you? Is there anyone that would disagree with me on that point?

The only reason you don’t reach your potential is the story you are telling yourself as to why you cannot reach it.

We have a system that works (when you work it). I give suggestions and examples every week as to what to do or how to implement the system into your daily life. Some of you put the ideas into action some of you take some of the ideas and put that into action, and some of you listen and nod ya “I can see that,” and say to yourselves yes I can see how that works. And yet…. some of you continue to do the activities you have been doing that have not lead you to the results you want out of the business. Would you agree that that happens sometimes?

Any ideas as to why that happens?

Some of these ideas take time to implement and I don’t have time now to do it;

I have family commitments I have other things to do;

It’s not urgent I have time to do it some other time;

All growth requires change, and all change is uncomfortable;

You don’t believe me, you think you know better;

or………..

You’re OK where you are.

The only reason you don’t reach your potential is the story you are telling yourself as to why you cannot reach it.

Just one….just one more.

Change the story …change the activities…change your life.

A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear and has you see what you don’t want to see, so you can become the person you have always known you can become.

Many of you went into real estate to be your own boss. Well, be one, be the boss. If you don’t do your job you should fire yourself. How coachable am I now? How is that working for me? How coachable can I become?
