Your potential has nothing to do with “your perceived” limitations. In fact, what you are capable of is far beyond what you view as your potential. Why? Because you always look at your perceived limitations before you look at your possibilities. Stop doing that! How would you recommend using 5-5-10 or 5-5-5-7 in Estonia, where there are no MLS and therefore no expireds (agents don’t even know what this word means), most people live in apatments inside 5 or 9 story buildings (but there are houses as well) and the population of Tallinn where I work is 400 000 people? Jaroslav, I would not pretend what to recommend in a foreign country like Estonia, the markets could be very different. I do appreciate your question, but in all honesty it could be very different. The only thing I am sure of is if you work hard, consistently, every work day, you will achieve your goals.
