I remember as a new agent getting a listing and the broker had promised a hundred dollar bill as incentive to get a new listing. At the time, I recall I grabbed the bill before shaking his hand, which was probably impolite, perhaps even abrasive, but he didn’t complain. Tenacity is the key. Fear is a lie. Go for it! Great video.
