Where am I now? Income, listings taken, sales made? What were my goals that I set for myself in january 2014?

How am I doing?
If my goal was 215,000 for the year, I should be at 90,000… and if my number of closed was 22 deals closed then I should be at 9 deals closed by now.
How am I doing?
On track? Up some? Down some? Where are you?
Work today on figuring that out. Look at the real numbers. Get with your coach and go over those numbers. Check with priscilla… we have those numbers if you have forgotten them. Think about the following:
Are you up?
Are you flat?
Are you down?
Then, ask yourself this question…. Are you okay with where you are??
The market is down 17.3% in CARETS. 15,000 less deals have closed so far this year. I believe in large part due to the fact that investors cash buyers have pulled back.
We as a company are down 11 closed deals for the year right at 1.5%, which means we are outperforming the market, but I say… so what?
We can do better. We are way above average so watch this….
Know that you can do better…….we have 8 weeks until the Mike Ferry Superstar Retreat
168 hours in each week x 8 = 1,344 hours
40 work days
Preview 5 houses a for 5 days = 25 per week x 8 week 200 properties
Go see 5 expireds per day 25 per week for 8 weeks = 200 properties expireds and previews
400 properties and door knock 10 around each is 4,000 door knocks in 8 weeks
That would be 1,200 contacts
Also go to 1 blitz per week ½ day to contact all past clients and centers of influence and appointment setting.
Go on 2 appointments per week. 16 for the 8 weeks. Get 1 listing per week = 8 listings for sales. Remember….

If I continue to do what I have always done then I will get what I have always got…. You have heard that before right?????
Not so last year.
Agents that did not kick it up and push the envelope found that they did not get what they always got …they got less. If you’re getting less this year it’s probably because you did what you’ve always done. So now what?
Take Action!
We are in the “meet the people” business
No appointment’s = No sales
… We have to be almost fanatical in calling our leads …
Faster and more often!
Meaning that we must close three to five times on every call while working to get the appointment.
We should also call leads at least three times a day until we get a hold of them or until we decide to throw them away.
People don’t pay for average.
People don’t go looking for a mediocre restaurant or an average movie.
Sellers don’t award the listing to an average agent.
Clients don’t give the contract to the agent doing an adequate job. They give it to the agent who they think will do a great job.

You have 8 weeks to show yourself, show your family and show the world what you are made of. Now go out and do it!
